So tasty and not cheap. But delicious enough they are worth buying on occasion.I stumbled upon this brand as I was looking for a healthier alternative to the Lindt truffles for my daughter who loves them. I was apprehensive trying to get a healthier version of her favorite chocolate but after reading reviews thought it was worth trying. Wow~ So incredibly smooth and buttery. I find it way better than Lindt. Now, my daughter only asks for this brand. We’ve tried the original one and this one and THIS adds a bit more zing with the mint. If you’re not a mint fan then just get the original one, but if you are into mint then, do yourself a favor and get yourself a box [or more] of these. You won’t regret it.These are smooth, minty and delicious. Great quality! Highly recommend!I purchased these Alter Eco truffles in March and was so frustrated that I swore I would never buy them again. To my surprise, I was recently contacted by Alter Eco concerned that the truffles may have been sold on Amazon by a third party. They wanted to make it right and they did! Nicholas from Alter Eco asked if they could send out another box and they went to great lengths to insure that they were in perfect condition when they arrived. They also included three scrumptious bars of chocolate of different varieties as a gift. Delicious!! Alter Eco stands by their product. DO NOT HESITATE TO BUY THESE CHOCOLATES - they are worth every penny!! Thank you Alter Eco, your customer service changed a bad experience into a great experience.Very goodI like Alter Eco products in general and I love dark chocolate & mint. But $24 for 20 truffles that arrive melted (with shards of chocolate inside the box and melted inside the box so I couldn't recycle it)? Horrible choice for many reasons. Flavor-wise the product is OK but not that much better than Andes Creme de Menthe Candy to be honest. Definitely will not be reordering this product and wouldn't recommend it.Arrived damaged and everything is meltedI love dark chocolate mint, and these sounded great. As soon as they arrived, I tried one - it was hard as a rock, and the peppermint inside CRACKED. Not exactly what you want from a truffle, right? I tried to return them but it was NOT ELIGIBLE for a return, and Amazon doesn't do the A-Z refund if you haven't tried to return them. I wrote to the seller - haven't heard back yet. I was expecting a quality product, and was totally disappointed. If I can't get a refund for these expensive chocolates, it will be a complete ripoff.UPDATE:Alter Eco contacted me and gave me a refund. Thanks, Alter Eco.
